Help clients with rollover and direct checks.


Rollover Steps

  1. Company sends your client a check from their 401k, IRA etc.
  2. Go to https://usps.com and create account.
  3. Add your client's address and the fund family's address to your USPS address book.
  4. Send a USPS 2-day priority envelope to your client. Include a 2-day priority envelope pre-paid to the fund family, with a letter of instruction to the fund family and a personalized note to your client.
  5. Send an email to your client with the tracking # and instructions of what to do.
  6. When the client gets the check they do NOT endorse it. Put it into the envelope and mail it.

  8. Once deliverd to fund family, call your client and inform them of the details.
