What Is It?

Booking / appointment scheduling services enable your clients to schedule appointments with you without the back-and-forth juggling normally associated with finding a good time for both parties.

By connecting your calendar(s), such as your IP Outlook Calendar, the service can read your availability ensuring you never get double booked.

In addition, you can manually set your availability for the times of the day and week that you want people to be able to book you.

Share your link in your email signatue, web site, social profiles, newsletters, business card etc to make it incredibly easy for people to book a meeting at a time that works for both of you.

Proton Calendar Booking Page

This is a free part of Proton Calendar. View an example of mine.

This one is very simple and basic. I am currently testing it again Cal.com (see below). I've been using Cal.com for years and has more features, but I like the simplicity of Proton's version and most importantly it integrates with my Proton Calendar. And, it has Proton Meet video conferencing built-in.

Cal.com is the event-juggling scheduler for everyone. Focus on meeting, not making meetings. It's free and open-source. (And the one I use.) You only need the free version.
