Clients

  • When communicating with your clients, make sure to be concise, clear and direct. Don't "sugar coat" or "beat around the bush". It may feel better to soften things up, but it's causes more problems in the long-run. Always tell the plain, unvarnished truth.

  • Return your clients' emails within 12 hours.

  • Return your clients' voicemails within 6 hours.

  • Return your clients' SMS/TXT/Messages within 1 hour.


Team Members / Co-Workers

  • Stay in contact with your Manager (and be available to them). Do the same for those whom you are mentoring.
  • Check your company email at least once a day, every business day. Your manager expects it, Home Office expects it, and FINRA expects it.
  • Have Telegram open at all times on your phone and computer and turn notifications on. This is our primary communication tool.
